Food poisoning. I tried to delay this post for three days but with no resolution I will proceed with posting. My significant other and I went here for the first time for hibachi. I got the vegetable tofu hibachi and he got the steak and chicken hibachi. Around eight hours after eating there we were both vomiting with diarrhea for around 12 hours straight. The next day I called the restaurant to let them know what happened with the both of us, the hostess took my phone number and spoke with the owner while on the phone with me. He said he would call me back that evening. Meanwhile the hostess assured me we would document the occurrence and that our bill would be reimbursed. She showed concern...
Food was awesome it was so delicious. The chef did an amazing job I loved his vibe. I tipped him. Waitress was very lazy wasn’t on it when it came to refills. Now the bill I expected to pay a high amount it was 4 all together but to get my bill and see 18% gratuity added on to my bill is insane. I literally had to pay $30 more on my bill which I don’t think is fair. And than to not let people know is insane . I thought gratuity was added on to large parties. I went with my kids. I definitely won’t be coming back. This was higher than Benihana!
The group had reservations for a large birthday dinner. The wait could have been better, overall the food was good. Dietary restrictions: I was accommodated for my fish allergy. Loud place. I get it, it’s hibachi and everyone is enjoying but it was loud. The food was ok too. I always look forward to the salad with ginger dressing but this place had a dressing that was more of ranch style. Excellent hibachi meals at this place. The staff is very professional, sweet, helpful, and entertaining. I would choose this place over Benihana's any day. The prices are very reasonable also. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
