La Cantine by Fabrice Le Chef

J'ai récemment révisé ce restaurant pour la dernière fois le 1er juillet 2016 avec le même titre. Fabrice a ouvert Le Cantine le 4 juillet 2014 et c'est notre restaurant de prédilection pour ma femme et moi lorsque nous partons en camping avant la saison chaque année (sauf en '20'21). La qualité et la présentation des plats combinées avec ce que nous considérons comme un excellent rapport qualité-prix et des collègues de travail formidables l'emportent aisément sur toutes les autres considérations pour nous. Un pichet de 0,5 litre de rosé local accompagne chaque repas lorsque la température extérieure dépasse les 40 degrés, mon ami ! Les déjeuners sont également délicieux. J'espère que nous...

after yesterday's deception of la cantine closed fabrice and his team made it today. early with my reservation at 12 noon we had a big choice where we should sit. 3 cursor menu in the shade. mindful waitress, fabrice itself keeps an eye on how smooth guests were served. help with the needs and greetings of known guests. tense atmosphere, good and surprising dishes, strong kakaorot wine. very pleasant place to be.

Nous avons séjourné à Daglan et avons visité La Cantine plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Chaque visite était merveilleuse, la cour arrière du restaurant était un endroit parfait pour passer la soirée. La cuisine de Fabrice était délicieuse et il nous a recommandé un plat...qui a su plaire à tous. Le service était toujours impeccable.

Simple lunch on the terasse with small quiche and salad entree, delicious pork shoulder and the best creme brûlée ever, along with a pichet of rose wine the perfect lunch at a modest price Popular with locals Both French and a few Brit residents Nice...to be able to cycle to and from along veloroute

Very happy when we got the last available table on the little terrace. Friendly service. Very affordable prices: 3 course lunch at euro 16. The food was ok but without any inspiration, very small portions, no love for the good ingredients available in this region.

Food was nice but nothing really special. This is a popular place with the locals so atmosphere is lively especially at the weekend. Service was disappointing though, we didn’t feel welcomed. Also, waiters were not wearing their masks properly.

Pendant le mois où nous étions opposés, c'était notre restaurant préféré pour le dîner, à la fois pour la cuisine française créative et pour la terrasse extérieure décontractée. Incroyablement valable!

Restaurant very nice. Good atmosphere and very good food. Fois Gras is excellent and the pave de boeuf is one of the best. The chef and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. We will be back.

Situé au centre du pittoresque Daglan et facile à trouver. Bonne variété au menu avec deux menus formule et à la carte. Nourriture savoureuse et service rapide.

A pleasant ambience, the young ish : gentleman who served us was delightful. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious.
