I bought the muffins from here last year and they had to die. the blueberry was filled with blueberries and the pistachio muffin had a beautiful sugary top crust, moist and filled with pistachios. we're out of the state and I've broken these muffins for a year. So we're in 2022 and I'm here for these muffins this morning. I bought a total of 4, two pistachios, a blueberry and banana for $14. we shared them with friends until I'm in one. the pistazie was dry, seemed day old, no sugared crust. very bland. only two or three pistachios below. the blueberry was just as bad. not worth $ 3.50 a muffin. I called to complain and the manager admitted that they did not make the muffins there, they buy...
This is a fantastic little cafe off the beaten path to enjoy some delicious breads, sandwiches, baked goods, and wine. It has a cozy atmosphere similar to what you would find in a city, with authentic Italian dishes. The service is excellent and they offer a variety of sandwiches, including French, Italian, and other meat options, as well as fantastic pastries. The coffee was not to my liking (I am a coffee snob) but I should have tried an espresso. The prices are reasonable and they have an excellent selection of Italian wines. I would definitely recommend this place for a visit.
We stop here every year when we visit St. Pete’s Beach it’s a must eat place for us and our kids! All of the pastries, pizzas, and breakfast items we’ve tried have been amazing, and the small Italian grocery store inside is super neat as well. Highly recommend the lobster tail, the maddelena special, and the breakfast sandwich, but you really can’t go wrong with any of it.
