La Clairière - Réserver une table

La clairière is an organic, plant-based, homemade restaurant, and it shows. The special feature of this restaurant is the presence of dogs rescued from the streets of Reunion Island and awaiting adoption via the “Prend moi la patte” association. This time, we had 3 puppies, a little disruptive but so adorable. I had the chance to try a hummus and beet tartine as a starter. A nice pink-colored burger and a dessert of chocolate mousse with peanut butter and shredded coconut to die for. Oh, wow! How absolutely tone deaf! How can you close for over 1 month and not update your website, google maps or happy cow??? In a city like Lille where vegan restaurants and options are extremely limited, this just rings bad customer experience!
