The restaurant manager is a Swiss of Korean origin and makes it a point of honor to respect all the culinary traditions of South Korea, as well as politeness and Korean culture. Korean barbecue is confusing, exotic, full of unexpected tastes, I recommend. PS. For people who have trouble with Korean hot peppers, just clarify.
