Having livided in Japan for few years I am quite familiar with the food. Everything is as good as it can be served in the Alps. No complaints whatsoever. At lunch try their ramen. Super authentic - do not forget the chilly pepper.About the sushi and sashimi:Limitet variety, however what they offer is sulerb quality. The rolls are very good and not dripping in sauses as it is in many other places.Very courteous/frendly/professional staff. Always accommodate extra requests/needs.Worth trying with no hesitation.Can not say much about drinks and cocktails. We just have local or Japanese beer - plenty of it.

We came here for lunch and the food and service was very good but just not speedy, but when the food arrived it was delicious and tasty (see pics). The cocktails were really good and all the food really nice,definitely worth a visit especially if it's warm as you can sit outside and watch the world go by...

The food was fresh and tasty. A little high priced but right in line with what Crans Montana has to offer. Great drinks and very friendly service made the bill a little more tolerable. My only regret was not being able to try one of the desserts that looked amazing!

There are only 2 Japanese restaurants in Bluche - Crans and food here is OK but more affordable than the other one. Service is so so.
