La Rose d'Asie - Réserver une table

After a busy Sunday morning wandering along the river,canals and winding laneways,eating tempting Provincal produce and haggling with antique dealers it is lunchtime.On our first visit to the L'Isle- sur- la-Sorgue Market we discovered La Rose d'Asie which had an idyllic setting on the canal.A most relaxing ambience in which to relax after a busy morning.Great local produce,beautifully presented and cooked.After several visits all our meals have been excellent- all accompanied by a cold Provincal wine - perhaps a Tavel.Then a slow drive home to beautiful St Remy

We had a delightful dinner here - I mightily recommend the pepper beef with lemongrass, pork fried spring rolls, and garlic rice.Some restaurants may rely on the views from their terrace to attract customers; this isn't one of them. The food was superb, the wine and mojito were delicious, service was great, and yes - you can't beat the waterfront location. After a week of rich, buttery, three-course meals - this hit the spot! Ask the servers for their recommendations - they are very friendly and won't steer you wrong. Bon appetit!

We stopped here for a lunch. The staff were great and the food was served very quickly. The ginger duck was amazing and all of the food was extremely fresh. Definitely will be back, hopefully for an evening meal the next time.

Sunny terrasse - good service. Sitting beside the river makes the time spend worth. Common Asian kitchen - but well served.Out of season a place to be on market day ;:-) NOB - Denmark, Løgstrup

Great food, better now the menu has been reduced but still a great choice of dishes. Service is great and in a lovely setting.
