if you go on cancale and want to eat excellent galettes, then go to the cancal docks or this finds this excellent table that offers you galettes and cerepes made only with regional products top and in addition it is the first time I see a proposal card of cider regionally also provided in addition to the work of the cook is a veritable show, it doesn’t leave a place

But there was no room that day. We saw the cancale and we came back. The aesthetic is the same. and the dishes are at the height. Very well, tasty, just. a pleasure for those who risk testing mergers between asie and bretagne, land and the sea. On the other hand, they have a cider of the month that seduced me who doesn't really like this drink. All right.

a simple map; a single menu with more or less dishes depending on whether the option is selected at 75 or 125€. Once the choice is made, the journey begins. It is not the japon, nor the bretagne but a refined Japanese cuisine that incorporates products from the cancale area. a unique experience.

We had lunch at four and took the five-course menu. All are successes. high quality local products. a French cuisine made by a Japanese chef who understood everything in both kitchens. next time we'll take the eight-course menu.
