dès l'accueil, imprimé japonais avec vue, marée basse, sur la baie du Mont st michel, accueil discret mais invitant. Placé devant la cuisine, avec des gestes précis pour régaler la vue et les papilles. Menus à cinq plats. Vins au verre. Vers le haut.
