ordered 30 cupcakes for kid birthday 4 days in advance. received just 29. The dough ended, was the answer. Is this normal? I was very surprised. I hope Lana see this review and reply. cupcakes were delicious as usual. birthday child ended up not having one.reply back to you:Dear Lana,Mistakes do happen and I understand.But when you say Sales people were instructed to offer you ANYTHING in exchange is just not true. They asked me to pick something under $2.50. when I asked sales person if I can get a tiny tiramisu, she said I would have to pay the difference.On an order that was placed days prior to pick up such mistake is unacceptable from a bakery that has been in business for many years. You have a reputation to stand up to and this has been a case worst customer service experience ever.The initial explanation and the following response just shows complete disregard.Certainly other bakeries near by will show better care on our future business.And belive me, I myself know what a small business is in America and how hard to earn every single customer. By the way how You handled my order and how You answered to my honest review, seems to me, you have more than enough business and my support doesn 't really matter anymore.
