Las Palmas - Réservation de table

Customer service is horrible if you get your food wrong and call back to explain the problem nicely! I ordered Sancocho and the meat was raw!!! I called back and one of the ladies that always pick up the phone couldn’t get me any help and muted the phone. Needed to call back after an hour of talking to them to then speak with the manager who was just arriving and talk to her since her employee did not take any notes on why I call to get my re-fund or at least the delivery to come and pick up the food I ordered which was wrong.

I'm black and normally not treated well when going to get authentic food. However this spot baby they are nice and respectful. Although there was a language barrier they still took their time with my order and smiled and treated me right. Best rice and peas in city in my opinion. I spent 12$ they let me get pig feet and chicken with rice and peas and a soda

Very tiny place..Food was not all that great..It's good enough to kill spanish food craving..but if you are a spanish latin person we know what we are looking for.. Service could have been better too..not too friendly but not rude either..in between..

The food was bad, the meat had no flavor, the rice looked like it was taken from the refrigerator and the pork, don't even say I won't be back and yet they made me pay for the very friiiiice food. Réservez une table maintenant

If you want great tasting food and consistency, this is the place you want to go! It's a little small but the big taste and great team they have, make up for it.
