Las Palmeras - Réservation de table

The food was excellent, but the service was not great at all. We were seated promptly, and our drinks arrived quickly. However, after taking our food order, our waiter disappeared until it was time to bring the bill. We had to flag down another waiter for a drink refill for one person in our group, while others had to go to the bar to ask for refills. While we loved the food, the service was very disorganized.

We repeatedly visit this restaurant because it has reasonable prices, good service, and the food is served in the traditional Mexican-American way with large portions an options for a variety of meats. Of course you get free chips and salsa with your meal. They make a good margarita but go for the jumbo.

The restaurant could use a little tidying up, as it feels a bit worn in some areas. However, since I visited towards the end of peak season, I'm willing to give it some leeway. On a positive note, the food was fantastic! It’s likely one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to.

Service sucked, waiter took forever to get our drink order, ordered cheese dip it was cold and really thick, never got a straw finally got our food steak was burnt and waiter never checked on us or anything until it was time to give the bill, 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE. Réservez une table maintenant

Our order was accurate and absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly. As for parking, there are spaces available in front and on the side, located at the end of the large multi-business parking lot. I noticed at least one handicap parking spot as well.

The food was mediocre. I was disappointed with the Carne Asada on the menu. Instead of being seasoned with authentic Mexican spices, it was covered in Montreal steak seasoning.

All of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was GREAT! The portions were generous and the prices were very nice. We will definitely be back!

Staff was rude, didn’t get our orders right, we left a tip and they didn’t think it was enough and cussed us out. Awful place of business. Réservez une table maintenant

I love the food. Just be prepared to wait on getting service. You will run out of drink before you get your food so savor your drink.

Bathrooms need a good scrubbing. Food is always good.
