I've never been disappointed when I've eaten at Lazy Boy BBQ... whether it's the fried pickles, banana pudding, pimento cheese, brisket, tasty sides and oh yes, the BBQ! Sherrie and Tommy are two of the best people you will ever meet and their staff are always very friendly. I went by the Fish Fry today and I got the cat's plate to go. When I came home and opened the box, I was surprised (formerly) to find 2 huge pillow of catfish, all I could do to eat, as I also hush puppies, puppies, mac n cheese and banana pudding lol Ok, I was not really surprised as things like that is what I love them, love, love me something Lazy Boy BBQ!!!
This family is so kind and gracious and the food is excellent! The potato salad has ranch in it and is incredible! I'm a big fan of every thing I've ever tasted from them but would, since the meat is naked when served, offer a suggestion. I'd love to see a white sauce as well as a vinegar based sauce and slaw. Again, the food is excellent and the portions are quite generous. ..but those suggestions would take this place to a new level of greatness! Thank you for hosting the Alabaster supper club and every thing was perfect!
graduation. Tommy and his wife Sherri set us up. Pulled pork, chicken, Mac n cheese, Baked beans, tea and all spices, plates and cups we need for about 50 people. Each piece of meat was perfect melt in the mouth good and the Mac n cheese and beans were on point. Outside a national landmark like Pete Jones BBQ in Greenville, NC I did not find better under the Mason Dixen Line. Thank you. You guys for everything.
Great diving experience! Friendly staff, big portions! The Pimento cheese was excellent as one of the pages I go with my bbq plate. We sat on the terrace and it was very comfortable with ceiling fans that a cool breeze. The staff checked us several times and brought the food out in time. Would you recommend checking them soon!
