Le Baliverne - Réservation de table

We have eaten here on numerous occasions and have always found the food and ambiance superb, but unfortunately not on this occasion. The starters were bland (we think one of them was a pig trotter which was all fat and bone, totally inedible) whilst the mains were "ok", nothing to write home about, the veal was moribund, the tuna served rare but deathly cold with far too much ginger which over powered the fish. We have just had a very good dinner at the restaurant Le Baliverne in Caux. We had as a starter "coquillages" comprised of two types of boiled mussels with garlic and the dish was very tasteful. As main course I had "bavette", very tasty. My wife took the tuna which was lightly fried with a delicious taste of lime, lemon and more. It was the most delicious tuna she ever has got in a restaurant. For dessert, we chose the lemon cheesecake and mousse with raspberry, almond and lemon, respectively. Super! We heard that there was a new chef since January and it seems to be more finesse in cooking. Thus, even better than before. Also, the wine was really good. I can really recommend this cozy vill...

Un patron sympathique vous accueille dans son restaurant au décor original. Les plats élaborés à partir de produits frais sont très réussis. La ardoise est renouvelée régulièrement et propose des plats variés. La terrasse est un plus pour les jours de beau temps. Une adresse qui vaut le détour.

Le resto s'appelle désormais les valseuses et c'est du 2ème degré... Ce qui reste du 1er degré c'est un très bon service et adre atypique personnel et osé et surtout une belle carte avec des plats très bien sentis et réalisés. Je recommande chaudement. Bravo. Réservez une table maintenant

Très bien, tout est fait maison avec des produits frais et régionaux, le tout est magnifiquement présenté. Le gérant est accueillant, le restaurant est impeccable. Je recommande sans modération.

La cuisine chinoise est géniale ! _Les apparences peuvent être trompeuses, cet endroit est génial. Petit trou dans le mur que vous devez essayer.

Oh mon Dieu, cet endroit est tellement bon qu'il est parfait. Un trou dans le mur est le meilleur endroit pour trouver de la bonne nourriture.
