Je ne peux pas comprendre pour ma vie certaines des évaluations de ce restaurant à moins qu'ils n'aient changé le personnel de cuisine car pour le meilleur restaurant à Dieppe, pas même proche. Déjeuner du dimanche réservé ici avec un ami de Paris, comme beaucoup d'autres endroits sont fermés. Le menu était aussi long que la bible, jamais bon signe, comprenant des pizzas et des burgers parmi les choix de restauration plus fins. L'entrée de boudin blanc dans un pâté feuilleté était étouffée dans une sauce au caramel super sucrée, aussi subtile qu'un marteau volant. Le plat principal d'agneau noisettes était également submergé dans une sauce trop riche. Les haricots verts frais étaient pâteux...
Quatre d'entre nous avons dîné tardivement ici avec deux bouteilles de Monthelie blanc. Le service était serviable, attentif, compétent et très amical. Nous avons mangé du melon, des tomates anciennes avec du balsamique, et du thon poêlé. Tout le monde a apprécié la fraîcheur des ingrédients et l'équilibre des saveurs. Personne n'aurait changé son choix. Trois d'entre nous ont pris la casserole de fruits de mer avec des légumes sautés et une sauce à la crème de safran. L'autre plat était un risotto aux crevettes et aux légumes sautés. Les crevettes étaient moelleuses et les légumes étaient fermes, mais pas trop cuits. Les desserts étaient des pâtisseries. Le mien était au beurre de noisette....
This was our third visit in as many months, but I haven't reveiwed it for some time. The restaurant was refurbished at the beginning of 2016 and is still just as welcoming. This visit we all chose the €19,50 menu and I must say what tremendous value, in fact the portions were really large and tasty. As before the service was spot on.Something I've noticed worth mentioning is that when the weather is fine, people buy pizzas and pastas to take out and they sit at the 'Bar-O-Meter' bar opposite the restaurant and have the best of both worlds
Over several years I often heard people make good comments but had not tried the retaurant till yesterday. I must say I was impressed (it's quite hard to find good food in Dieppe). The 'salle' is very large and overlooks the sea, well laid out and comfortable with lots of space between tables. Lots of choice on the menu and what we ordered was excellent albeit copious, staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go again

We arrived Dieppe on Sunday evening and realized most restaurant were closed. This was one of the only few in operation and was recommended by Mercure staff as top notch. The cooking was a bit casual (in French standard it could be more refined) but ingredients were in good quality and the menu represented great valued or money.
I had great large oysters and I ordered a cocotte of seafood Both were great but the service was a bit slow because is a very busy corner Make sure you ask for the prices because the cocotte didn't have a price in the menu and it was over 20€
Right below the cliffs, nice view, very good service and good quality food. They have a large selection about any kind of food, Italian, Local, Meat, Seafood, Vegetarian...for reasonable prices
Popular with the locals.........polish up ur french or be prepared to get by. Great menu, reasonable price, wonderful seafood, and pizza or pasta for the kids etc.

Nous avons dîné hier et avons choisi le plateau de fruits de mer qui était très bon. Un service excellent et une bonne sélection de vins.
Excellent food and service since more than 20 years. Nice fish, excellent meat and very good pasta and pizzas.
