Out late one night and came across Le Chat Rouge. I’m so glad we did! Started with some fresh. Chips and tasty guacamole. I had the orden de Antojitos and it was incredible, featuring four distinct tacos: carnitas, cochinita, pastor and pollo. The beautiful presentation, with its vibrant colors and artful plating, made each taco a feast for the eyes before it was a feast for the palate Each taco just got better and better, as I moved from the rich carnitas to the savory cochinita, pollo and pastor discovering new flavor dimensions with every bite.
