Le Chopin - Réservation de table

The quality of the fresh produce was good unfortunately a few blobs of sauces and packet in my case of couscous are not compatible with Michelin star? The meal was massively over seasoned by the chef and the experience not at all relaxing. hours...for a starter and a main course to be served and then to be told the kitchen is closing should we want a dessert ? pressure they know the time constraints and should serve accordingly? I shudder to think what the service would be when the restaurant is more than one third full! Lots of hotels on the Rhein perhaps look elsewhere I certainlly will on future visits to the area

if you are looking for a place to go to the gourmet, I can really recommend this place. belle epoque, classical music in the background. very good staff. the eating was excellent, my wife had an excellent truffle risotto and I had a nice filet pur of a local bark meat, boiled to perefection. the restaurant is a large selection of local German weeps. the most beautiful thing next to eating was the relaxed atmosphere that was perfect for an intimate evening meal. staring at me.

We had a set meal here it is for a special occasion. It's very quiet, not a lot of atmosphere, but the service and food is lovely. Each course was an experience warm bread served on hot pebbles, with choices of butter. Each...course was a work of art top marks to the Cheff for taste and originality.

nice setting in the Bellevue Hotel, friendly professional staff, yet informal atmosphere. Beautiful winelist, go for German wines (white but don't miss out on the res ones We had the set menu. All dishes were cooked to perfection, nicely decorated on the plates. A...must in Boppard. Réservez une table maintenant

Dined here on three occasions in comfortable surroundings. The food is excellent with a good choice from the menu and a quality selection of wines Background music played on a grand piano was rather relaxing but not intrusive to discussion with fellow diners

We thought a Michelin star restaurant would be a great experience, and parts of it was. We were the only guests, though, so the staff disappeared for long stretches of time. Elegant, if a bit dated, décor.

Hotel restaurant that serves excellent food. Stayed here and used resturaunt for breakfast and dinner. We recommend it

traditionally with an excellent kitchen and very friendly staff, her wish is her command. we had a great time.
