HONG HA EAT YOUR HEART OUT! YUM! The Vietnamese roll with roast pork and crackling is first of its kind and it's absolutely irresistible. You can choose from a range of white, wholemeal or multigrain quality rolls which are substantive and it's the only place in Sydney to get it. Another Surprise is their range of authentic quality sourdough at a most reasonable price of $6 for a sourdough rye loaf, most places you pay substantially more. Since I discovered Le Fusion I am a fervent fan, it's now my go to place.

Incroyable boulangerie au coeur de Marrickville. Le personnel est toujours sympathique et invitant, ils sont toujours servis de manière efficace et rapide, c'est génial s'ils sont courts avec le temps et veulent une délicieuse collation. Chaque fois que je suis allé là-bas, le pain a toujours été frais et vous ne pouvez pas passer aux excellents prix. Je vous recommanderais vivement que vous donniez un coup de fusion que vous n'êtes pas déçu !!
