I came for dinner with a friend at the Globe restaurant and the experience was a pure delight. This establishment stands out for its small menu which highlights fresh dishes, and it is a real gem for lovers of authentic cuisine. When I opened the menu, I immediately noticed the simplicity of the menu. However, this simplicity hides great quality. I chose the Hunter's Burger and was blown away by the flavors. Each bite was an explosion of taste, a real treat for the taste buds. What I particularly appreciate about the Globe is the attention to detail. The dishes are prepared with care, and it shows in their artistic presentation. You can feel the love and passion put into every dish. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there was a bit of a wait but the restaurant was full The Globe Restaurant is the kind of place where you can enjoy delicious dishes, made with love, without artifice or pretension. It is a true treasure for those looking for an authentic dining experience. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

One of the addresses to remember in the Bulle region! Quality products, attentive service, in a very pleasant and warm environment. A big congratulations to the chef and his team. Whether for a daily menu at lunchtime or in the evening, you will never be disappointed. Well done again
