I have not visited here in a while so decided to return with a friend. We arrived on a Sunday before 10:00am so that we can beat the rush. Was a bit busy bit were able to nab a banquet seat(more comfortable) close to kitchen.Took a while to be acknowledged by waiter but finally offered coffee to start. Took again more time to get his attention to place an order (15 mins ) and of course close to 25 mins to get our order even though it was not something special or difficult -right off the menu -Le Quartier special ( 2 eggs, bacon , sausages, slice of ham,beans, creton, and banana pancake). Trying to get a glass of water was also hopeless and did not happen after several tries. Getting refills...
NOT KID FRIENDLY. VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCEI have eaten here several times before but I will never come back due to the experience my wife went just through. My wife was there yesterday with our 9 month old and received the same kind of treatment as some of the other comments I see below. She was told to quiet down our son because customers were complaining. My son was not crying or being loud, he was simply acting like any other small child does. My daughter and 2 grandsons age 1+8 and my self stopped in to have breakfast on a Thursday , we have been there many times since they opened and continued to go for many different occasions, we pretty much always order The Novascotian which we share with the children, today we were told by our waiter that he needs to charge a sharing fee if the kids are eating off our plates, I told him I get if adults are sharing but he needs to speak to his boss as this is unacceptable, upon his return he advised us that is their new policy, we stood up and left and will never return and they can be sure I will continue to tell everyone that will listen, we did go to another breakfast place and they had no...
My friend and I had a late brunch with our babies and were shocked to hear an extremely rude manager tell a lady to quiet down her baby because he had received a complaint. Baby was under a year old! I asked the lady if I had heard correctly and she said how embarrassed she was. It is only my second time and even though the food was surprisingly very good, I will NEVER return. We were uncomfortable the entire time, swallowing our food whole. Children are clearly not welcome in this establishment.

Warm welcome and attentive service. With a simple, pleasant decor, it's the customers coming in who make the friendly ambiance.The menu has many choices of typical breakfast items and prepared dishes. The dishes we ordered arrived well presented, hot and generous. I recommend.
Have been a few times now and each time I loved the food, the service and everything about this restaurant. It is by far my favorite Brunch location on the West island. Bravo to the owners for keeping the prices low and the quality high.
My daughter and I went to have breakfast and or lunch we ordered the novascotian breakfast and a 3 piggies in a crepe off the table d'hôtel which came with a soup and a dessert. Service was ok food was better than the service.
We ate breakfast here as a team and thought the food was great. Lots of selection and very nice ambience. We had a large group and everyone was really impressed. We will definitely go again if the opportunity presents itself.

Located off the beat & track on sources Blvd. close to the airport. Busy enough but we've been lucky not having to wait to be seated. Friendly service very good food & a nice decor.
