Just went through drivethru amount of my order wasn't showing on the screen so I asked the young man where we pay. He gave me an amount. However when I opened my bag and looked at the bill he told me it was a $1 more than it was. He stole a dollar from me. Have had this happen at other drive thru restaurants and it always starts with no amount on the screen. I wonder how many other people were robbed to day. I don't care how little the amount is it's robbery. I tried to call the restaurant repeatedly and no answer. I will not let this go. But be warned check your bills.
Ordered ahead and I still had to wait 30 mins for the food. Everything was cold by the time I got it, the McFlurry wasn’t mixed at all, and even though it was 9pm, you’d think it was 3am with the atmosphere in there. There were at least 4 people working but it seemed like only one worker was actually working on orders.Considering it’s McDonalds, there were very low expectations to start with but they somehow still managed to deliver a horrible experience.I hope the one girl that was working hard is able to get out of there soon.I’d avoid this location.
Lunch is good at 11 something chances of getting fresh food greater, I believe the usual orders are pre made and overcook, it really depends on time of day, the later the worst it gets, last resort, personally I'm never going there again, maybe to buy a soft drink or an ice cream, or use bathroom, other then you can prob make a better burger at home for less
My afternoon was nearly ruined by my experience here. I ordered online, and when I arrived at the store, I was handed two drinks instead of the one I had ordered. I mentioned this to the attendant, but when I left, I found out that I had been charged for both drinks. To top it all off, the drink I ended up with was disappointing, so I had to throw it away.

I really dislike this McDonald's. They consistently get our orders wrong. I keep going back in hopes of better service, but it's always disappointing. This location needs to hire people who truly care about customer service and understand how to take orders correctly.
I just wanna pay cash at the counter and there's no cashier I waited 30 min and there were no people. The order machine didn't even have paper. I ordered a classic Mcflurry and I waited for 30min to get a recreational Mcflurry. Too slow!!!!
The girl at the counter was very rude, even to senior citizens. When we asked for cream, she was too busy to help. She just mumbled “have a nice day.” Completely unacceptable!
This is one of the slowest drive thru I’ve experienced it takes on average an extra 5-7 minutes from ordering to pick up with no line and even longer wait with a

Drive through was insanely slow and they asked me to park on the side to bring my order to me 10 minutes later.. entirely defeats the purpose of a drive through
Super long waiting time. I have to wait for 30mins for drive through. It’s faster to take the food in front of the counter.
