Le Rivage - Réserver une table

We came with enthusiasm to enjoy a convivial moment with our friends and our children. However, our experience was seriously marred by the deplorable service we received. After waiting for 20 minutes with no one coming to take our order, despite two requests, we were extremely disappointed. The server's rude and angry behavior made the situation even more unpleasant. We are disappointed to find that despite the promise of a welcoming and friendly place, our experience was quite the opposite. We believe it is important to share our experience so that other potential customers are informed of the quality of service offered by this establishment. We sincerely hope that the management will take steps to improve the training of their staff and the quality of their customer service, so that other customers do not have an experience as unpleasant as ours.

Very nice hotel, we were so lucky to stay there for a couple of nights. I recommend a room with a balcony (lake view) and you will have the full view. Million thanks to the staff of this hotel, they are so kind and helpful. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We got a deluxe room with a balcony and lake view absolutely stunning views and would highly recommend for anyone interested in visiting Lausanne and nearby villages or the Lavaux vineyards. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
