can not beat the ambiente of the restaurants al fresco next to the lake in the charming village lutry. had a beautiful white spade and smoked local ham as starter. that the hollandaise was slandered and slightly healed. a desiccant, chicken, a cannon croute and a desiccant where all cooked and seasoned. so the hollandaise was the only note. a lunch with a local wine, Gamaret-Garanoir. an intense chocolate mousse finished a perfect lunch.
