Le Vauban - Réservation de table

C'est un restaurant qui a connu une belle évolution ces dernières années. Maintenant, cela vaut vraiment le détour. Le menu est simple (formule entrée/plat/dessert), mais la cuisine est véritablement remarquable. Parmi les plats qui m'ont particulièrement plu, il y avait une poitrine d'agneau roulée farcie et un dessert à base de pomme, bien équilibré, qui démontrait de l'imagination et un savoir-faire technique. Un service attentif, une bonne sélection de vins régionaux et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les chaises sont aussi très confortables ! Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'option végan sur le menu.

Sublime experience! During our trip from Carcassonne to Béziers, we got a little lost on the road... But there is no better example to define the phrase you have to get lost to find the treasures of life , than this corner on Capestang . Impeccable quality, very reasonable price and 10 service! It's been a long time since we ate this well! A starter+main course+dessert menu for 35€ the meal was really great, flavors sought after and explosive in the mouth The service is perfect, only small downside, we ate in the part adjoining the restaurant and it was cold...but that's to quibble. Very nice place, excellent meal at a reasonable price. Impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly, we had a great time. We look forward to returning when the sunny days return, especially to enjoy the terrace which is very welcoming.
