"We’ve stayed here several times before and eaten on many occasions but were disappointed this year. Friendly, efficient staff but dinner on our first evening wasn’t super special, despite a fabulous setting overlooking the Beaujolais hills. The food was nicely cooked but unexciting. Ungenerous helpings, which wouldn’t be sufficient for everyone. They charged extra for any veg side orders."
