Leeann Chin - Réservation de table

I went to this location today 1/9/22 The food was good and fresh. The manager on the other hand made me extremely uncomfortable. He was very demanding towards his staff, in front of customers. I actually felt really bad for the staff. Orange chicken was out. The customer in front of me, me and the customer after me were all waiting on orange chicken. When the orange chicken came out he should of served and helped customers in order. The customer in front of me got hers then he proceeded to help the customer who came in after me as I?m standing waiting for my meal. I mentioned to him that I was also waiting and was ahead of them and he said to hang on he?s helping the customer. This is NOT go...

Good food. Already come to this place for Chinese food. Love the rewards program as it?s always rewarding! Employees are friendly and are always polite. I am soo happy the dining room is now open so I can enjoy my food in an awesome environment. The dining room is clean and always kept up. It?s always good to watch tv while eating Chinese food!! Keep up the good work at Leeann Chin!

I am a fan of Leeann Chin's, but I was very disappointed with my order today. The children's lemon chicken had no sauce, making it dry and with black parts on the crust. The potstickers were mushy and seemed decayed. Even after they finally brought the sauces, I had to add something to make my meal enjoyable. However, the fried rice was the highlight of the meal.

Ordered curbside pickup and called to let them know we were outside. The person who picked up the phone pretended to be a robot/ automated system. Then they asked who the ?victim? was. After I said?excuse you? they started talking like a person. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Pretty sure the person?s name is Daniel. Not coming back Réservez une table maintenant

The service at this restaurant was poor. The staff assumed I wanted fried rice and pot stickers, which I did not. When I tried to clarify, the employee grunted in response. When I called later to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is never there.

Order placed 45 minutes ago. I have been waiting at the pick up spot in this restaurant for 30 minutes. No one has asked me why I'm here. Someone please get this place some help. This is ridiculous.

Food tastes amazing, but the staff was not helpful and the portion sizes were soooo small $12 for 2 pieces chicken?! No
