we went to a rainy night and were taken up in the warm little bistro. there are fresh pizzas in the menu, but we ordered the menu form. the ladies were very helpful and tolerant of our broken french (consciously, they don't speak English! and made some wonderful suggestions for substitution that didn't seem to be on the Formul menu. as a result, we had the most beautiful meal times of homemade regional specialties, starting with brandade as a crispy puffs with salad baked, colombe de porc (pork in a delicate curry sauce and gardiane de taureau, a traditional Provencal rancher, both served with the local camarge rice. dessert was a warm apfelcomonate over ice. fantastique!
