Les Biscuits Marookies

What excellent lunch food, service and nice people! The bakery is incredible try the Marookie and they know how to serve tea! Nice music and cute eclectic decor inside (you may not realize it from the outside with dated umbrellas). So GLAD we went in (after checking out 4 other places that also looked great).

Was craving a chocolate chip cookie but was surprised to see that they didn’t have any. Opted for the espresso cookie but unfortunately at $4.50 it was a big let down. Maybe some of the other items are better?!

I asked what they had that was gluten-free and the owner said he would make me a salmon salad. It was delicious, exactly what I wanted. He is so personable and welcoming, I will definitely be back.

This place is adorable, love the old timey decor. The coffee was excellent, the biscottis are immaculate. Served with the warmth of a mother's love. I'll be back!!
