four of us stopped after a day in martigny and decided to taste restaurant les touristes on a spectacular. nelson, the restaurant owner was only too happy to sit without booking and after some delicious rose wine we had a wonderful and...sounded meal. it is not often I wake up lyrical about suppe, but the tomato soup star was sensational, creamy with a basilikum dressing, we all loved it. after that we had canette (duck,) bass with coquille sauce, valaisanne boiled two away, and bark ravioli; every dish was excellent. we did not manage to get into the deserts, but I bet they were good too. this was our 2nd visit to les touristes in martigny the last time was just a few months after the opening of the restaurant. the quality of eating and service has matured since our last visit and a great welcome to boot beautifully. there were 6 of us for dinner, so we ordered before the a la carte menu. the food was delicious and beautiful presented and the service was perfectly judged, not fast and not slow. the love for the detail was so good that depending on what we had ordered for the starter, we got another amuse bush. also the portion sizes were judged very well. I have no worries that recommend this restaurant.

Magnificent evening spent in this restaurant. This was the 4th time I went there and each time the menus offered are incredible. Pure taste moments. The quality of the dishes, the service, the chefs who come to introduce themselves.... everything is there. Thank you for taking us on a journey every time.

concert in martigny. the staff has our time plan with our waitress dianna, which offers an excellent service, very well received. we chose the tasting menu that was excellent. the facility was beautiful and welcoming.
