OMG everyone, I finally found a restaurant in East Texas that serves amazing Thai food! I was in Lufkin looking for furniture when my wife discovered Lia's, a hidden gem. When she mentioned they had Pad Thai, I immediately turned the car around and headed straight to Lia's. Upon arrival, we were served some delicious starters and ordered fresh spring rolls. We were all craving Pad Thai, so we each got a different kind. I tried the spicy beef Pad Thai and it was the best I've had in a long time. It even surpassed what I could make at home. This restaurant not only serves the best Asian cuisine in Lufkin, but it also ranks among the top three restaurants in the area overall. I initially came for the amazing ramen, but was pleasantly surprised by the delicious pad Thai and wide selection of high-quality dishes. I have yet to have a disappointing meal here. I highly recommend it! The service is great, and the atmosphere is inviting. I suggest trying the Pad Thai. On Thursday night, we went to Lia's restaurant to try their Pho and we were not disappointed! The broth was flavorful and delicious. We were attended to by three servers who were all professional, pleasant, and friendly. Lia's menu has a great variety of options. In addition to the Pho, we also tried the pan-roasted gyoza and fried rice combination, which were all incredibly delicious. Make sure to try their flavored teas, our favorite was the mango flavor!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Lo Mein. The service was prompt and the lunch portion was reasonable. However, the second extra order of fried rice was overly salty. Despite this, the other dishes were very tasty and delicious.

I really enjoy their Pad Thai and Fried Rice, while my husband is a huge fan of their Pho. We just wish it was offered more frequently. It's a shame they aren't open on Saturdays.
