Our server Jenny could not see that I wave my arms like the Wacky Wacky Waving Inflatable Tube man. He never came to our table. I always had to find a server. She didn't check her tables before she left for a 15 minute break. We waited this time and I beat other employees to pay. I tipped $15 she earned $0 and refund my pumpkin ghnoghi, the taste was packed ghnoghi with a terrible oil for the sauce. I thought they won't get my order directly until I waited the menu for the Post Essen delivery check-in.... It never happened. When I sat after a cream or something with taste not so, they gave me (not the server) Chipotle(a spice) aoli.... Seriously, you need to have a pasta sauce or white lice....
I had to meet a client in Rosemont and didnât realize this was the hotel restaurant at the Hilton. There is no unpaid parking there and paid parking is Strike one. The restaurant is a dull, oddly lit space. It has all the ambiance of a hospital cafeteria. Strike The food is overpriced for what you get. I was going to get the Southwest Salad, but when I asked for dressing on the side, I was told it was pre-mixed. Fantastic. I got the Pub Burger instead. It was pretty obvious that this was a pre-made frozen beef patty. Not what I expected from their signature sandwich. There are so many other choices in Rosemont. Choose them over this place.
Do not bother. Parking is confusing- we drove around twice to find limited parking, no valet came out to greet us- so my husband had to get out and walk into the hotel to figure out where to park the car. The lighting was too bright, a server never came to our table. We waited more than 10 minutes, watched at least three different servers pass by our table. Never even got to place a drink order. The menu was extremely limited but we clearly didn’t even get to order. We ended up just walking out and headed to Morton’s next door where we got served right away and had a delicious meal.
We ate in the first room to the left and that was excellent. We appreciated the opportunity to chat and laugh together. Waiter was excellent- except he mixed up the steaks. No worries- weâre all friends. Some of our potatoes were crisp and not quite soft enough. One of our group thought her steak wasnât hot enough. Overall, we appreciated being together and enjoyed the discount offered to us as Conference attendees.

I had a reservation for 10 people at 10:45 on Mother's Day. we came a few minutes late and they told us they were closed. do not put us. I think this is an open table edition, but still!
Standard hotel restaurant at Hilton Rosemont, Chicago. Easy to talk never had to leave the conference hotel. Susan, Jose, Albert from the restaurant
Went with a group of They sat us in their little private dining area. The service was outstanding. The food was just ok.
Really good bar at the Hilton. Adrien the bartender is spot on and a great guy. Highly recommend!

Salmon spot on with vegetable quinoa. Salad and soup great. Good spot for pre-concert real food.
Service friendly but did not refill water. Food okay but not as tasty as expected.
