Haben uns auf ein schönes feines Nachtessen gefreut. Besoffener lauter Gast hat laut diskutiert (Fäkalsprache) und es dauerte min. eine halbe Stunde, bis er das Lokal verliess. Neue Serviertochter wurde angelernt (an einem Freitagabend!). Wusste noch nicht mal, dass man den Gast fragt, wie er das Entrecote möchte. Mein Mann bestellte das Kalbskotelett, bekam aber ein Kalbssteak. Auf die Reklamation hin, erklärte uns das Personal, dass das beim Eingeben in die Kasse geschehen sein muss! Kein Wort davon, dass er das Richtige bekommt. Meine Entrecote Tagliata hatte eine breite Sehne und war bis zur Hälfte zäh. Wein war sehr gut. Die Linde in Einsiedeln, in nächster Nähe zum Kloster, hat etwas turbulente Zeiten hinter sich, was mit dem Rückzug in den Ruhestand des Besitzers und renommierten Kochs Nussbaumer und dessen Frau zu tun hatte. Eine Zeitlang ging es mit der Linde, lange Zeit die Nr.1 unter den Einsiedler Restaurants, unter neuer Führung bergab. Nach einem erneuten Wechsel in der Leitung und dank der zeitweiligen Unterstützung von Frau Nussbaumer gelang es, den Niedergang zu stoppen. Die Linde ist heute wieder fast so gut wie früher. Bei unserem letzten Besuch liessen Qualität, Service und das Preisleistung-Verhältnis keine Wünsche offen. Einzig die Menü- und A-la-carte-Auswahl liess etwas zu wünschen übrig –...
my man and I found this beautiful restaurant after changing the Christmas market in the rain and it was nice to enter this warm and welcoming place. first they said they couldn't sit us without reservation and said that the people would come to a time, two hours later. I assured her that we will be good and done in this time so that they wanted to sit down. our server was a beautiful and friendly young woman who was very accommodating. I could spill my glass of wine and she was there right away, clean up my chaos and bring me a fresh glass! we had a typical German tariff and everything was delicious! the restaurant is very bright and charming furnished. we highly recommend.
a very cozy, beautifully ordered traditional Swiss restaurant, with extensive wood trim and lots of space between tables. the entire female service team is very friendly, competent and fast. eating is traditionally best to cook comfort. starter, entrées and gloomy are tasty and...generated, no one will find more food here. solid wine list, we chose the local home wine schwyz chardonnay, which was nicely cooled and refreshingly soaked. a good experience, a few steps from the world-famous settle down abbey and its venerable black madonna in the beautiful main church. The atmosphere, the service and the food, gave us a lovely evening. My dish was Felchen nach Einsiedler Art It was great. I would encourage you to order this special fish dish served with butter, apples, hazelnuts, potatoes and spinach. My daughter enjoyed the lamb...dinner. The desserts were terrific. A friend enjoyed a chocolate cake with chocolate filling. She is encouraging me to return to Linde for a treat. It is one of the best restaurants that I've eaten at in Swizerland.
Zimmer in verschiedenen Preissegmenten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Freundlich-zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein super-leckeres Entrecôte und ein grosses Frühstück. Schönes Ambiente. Alt, aber gepflegt und sauber. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Am besten ein Zimmer nicht gegen das Kloster hin buchen (evtl. Störung durch Glockengeläut...mit machts nicht's aus)!
Aufgrund der Negativbewertung haben wir uns genau für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Die anrüchige Gänsestopfleber entpuppte sich als Entenleberterrine, die äusserst vorzüglich schmeckte. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Des weiteren können wir nur die positiven Bewertungen bestätigen. Wir kommen wieder.
had a nice dinner in the restaurant I was in the hotel that I love - and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a beautiful frying time that was for vegetarian, not always easy to find in the Swiss! very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful, fresh food.
