Ordered food on just eat website we waited over 2 hours it never arrived! My Partner had to go to the shop as we couldn’t get through to them over the phone. The excuse was that they were too busy. We Paid over £30 for 2 butties, a Burger, 1 Sandwhich a panini and a wrap all arrived in a terrible state, shop tried to blame us! The quality of the food was cheap the lettuce looked out of date not fresh. Thought I’d ordered bacon and Sausage Buttie’s but was missing the bacon (this isn’t made clear when ordering online at all) no option for Sauce tried to ring when first ordered to include the sauce but constantly engaged wouldn’t be surprised if they have the phone off hook as couldn’t get thr...
I love a good sandwich and am always looking for quality sandwiches if I can avoid getting the standard supermarket stuff when I’m in a rush. Lovely customer service and yummy food!! So pleased I tried them and would happily go again. The bread used was soft and fresh. The tuna mayo mix was the perfect ratio and the accompanying salad tasted juicy and fresh. Very impressed. Also the noodles were super yummy too!
Food was lovely and the older lady with dark hair so lovely great customer service. Younger lady covering counter didn't hear the guy oder a salad Box and he got a roll , he left the roll as that wasn't what he asked for. She clearly didn't listen and doebst have any please and thank you. Would be a great place if the some of the other staff were bit more friendly and polite
First time I was given a single wafer thin slice of beef it was supposed to be a hot beef sandwich very disappointing at £5. Second time I ordered a chicken burger and chips for £6.50 which turned out to be nothing better than a Mcnugget covered in mayo in a bun. This was also after being ignored by staff for a long time. Could not recommend this cafe.

We don't know the area and needed to get some dinner for our 2 young children. We found this place and were able to sit down for our food which worked great for us. The lady who took our order was friendly, quick and efficient. She was great with my children too. Food was good and generous portions. Good value for money. Arrived to the table quickly.
Lisa’s is a very good traditional style cafe and takeaway. There is a good menu of hot meals, snacks and sandwiches. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. I had a very good bacon sandwich and a large mug of tea, both of which hit the spot perfectly. Service was friendly and efficient and this cafe is well worth a visit.
Called in today and had a chicken tikka rap with chips and a can of coke , made to fell so welcome by a young lass working on the counter, very very polite and a good little worker
This is a nice, good value little cafe in Northallerton with a good range of comfort food and drinks. Nice, non-chain, option.

The bread was cheap and nasty also burned! Bacon was tasteless and mainly fat!! I threw most of it out the window
