You need to train your employees to not lie to their customers when they go to say it will be just a few more minutes, then 20 minutes later they will be told DONT EVEN HAVE YOUR ORDER. Why would you let me sit there for 20 minutes when you knew this was all? I had a confirmation that the order was placed in this place. They also complained that there were only 2 employees working and that the online system did not work, while several people went into and out with orders online. It?s not your customers mistake your system does not work or that you do not have enough staff. Terrible experience. To have to repeat to 2 employees again and again what the order would frustrate. Be honest and in advance with your customers when they first board. After I was notified to the order, I was asked if it was even in the oven, which was apparently such a hard question that the employee could not even answer me, he repeatedly said that his system had fallen below. It's a yes or no answer. Hide more employees and train them better, also fix your seemingly broken online system to avoid this in the future.
