I feel for the franchise owner, but it seems that the staff often turns away customers by not preparing the Hot-n-Ready items. When you request something, do they even acknowledge it? I waited for half an hour today. I also tried to stop by around 6:45 PM, but the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. This situation could lead to a considerable loss of revenue.
This Little Caesars stands out from other locations. Their budget-friendly pizzas have a surprisingly authentic taste that beats many other places. Each pizza is cooked just right, never too raw or overcooked. The cheese is flavorful, and the pepperoni adds a great punch. It’s not fancy pizza, but it offers excellent value and went beyond what I expected.
The pizza was left on the counter rather than being stored in the warmer. The woman said I was late, but my scheduled pickup time was between 6:30 and 6:35, and I arrived at 6:40. It didn't feel like being late was the issue; it seemed that things weren't organized properly, and I ended up being affected by that.
It's Little Caesars, so I expected some level of convenience. However, they are never prepared for the "Hot and Ready" pizzas. It's now 6:45 PM and they're still not ready, and I'm not willing to wait an additional 45 minutes. This has been a frequent issue here, so I’m going to head somewhere else. I have consistently found that the food here is never hot or ready. The estimated wait time for orders is always at least 30 minutes! You could easily order, pick up, and enjoy a pizza from another restaurant before your pizza is even ready here. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
This location tends to undercook and overcook the food and/or not bother marking your pizza as ready for pickup in the app like they?re supposed to. They also don?t bother to use the pizza portal ever. Other locations are better, will never come to this one again.
The pizza was left sitting on the counter instead of being kept in the warmer. The employee said I was late, but my pickup window was between 6:30 and 6:35 PM. I arrived at 6:40 PM, so it seems like they simply didn’t place it in the warmer and got caught.
Delivery Driver here: Don?t bother with this location no matter how good the order looks to take. Just waited 10-12 minutes to be told a pizza isn?t even in the oven and as we speak, that order was to be ready 2 minutes ago.p Réservez une table maintenant
