Called to place a delivery order of 10 pizzas for an event the next day at a local university. I mentioned that I had a tax exempt letter and I was told I'd have to go in person to place the order because they'd need a copy of the letter. No problem. I went in, literally, 20 minutes later. When I arrived, I presented the tax exempt certificate, only to be told that they don't take orders for delivery at the location and that I'd have to use either GrubHub or UberEATS and present the certificate to them. Unbelievable. I ended up placing the order with Domino's Pizza where they not only accepted the certificate, they delivered the pizza AND it was done without any issues.

I don't know if they are just very careless or if there's something more concerning going on, but they really shouldn't be in the restaurant industry. None of the staff offered an apology for the situation. Antonio sold me a burnt pizza and didn't even say sorry. It's hard to believe anyone could be so thoughtless as to sell a pizza that looks like that. I feel like I deserve compensation for the inconvenience of having to drive back to get a refund. It feels like there's an underlying issue with how they treat customers, as no decent establishment would operate this way. Selling burnt pizzas without any consideration is unacceptable. I plan to report them.

I called to talk to someone but no one answered. Red flag was entering and seeing most of the staff goofing off in the front . I got my order went home and they gave me pepperoni when Im allergic to pork. They did give a us a cheese pizza , which we ate. Idid not go back because i shouldn?t have too and they did not answer my call? I wake up and I?m physically ill my stomach hurtsand I?m throwing up and constantly using the bathroom. This place is the far worst I?ve ever experience. This has never happenedto me before but definitely first time and last time eating at this location .

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I understand it was busy, but that’s no excuse for being rude and dismissive. I’m pregnant and had a tough time finding the place while managing my 3-year-old. As soon as I arrived, the staff rolled their eyes at each other, and one of them said, "One hour wait." (Seriously?) That was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I won't be ordering from here again! Réservez une table maintenant

This Little Caesars is the typical experience you’d expect. There’s really nothing to criticize. Pizzas are always readily available, so waiting is rarely an issue. Even when there is a wait, it's usually no more than 10 minutes, which is quite fast for a pizza place.

I ordered two pizzas from Little Caesars Pizza. One was quite good, but the other was missing four slices with vegetables. If you’re picking up your order, I suggest double-checking your pizzas before leaving the restaurant.
