I visited Little Caesars Pizza on Lafayette Pkwy today and I'm so glad I did. They offer drive-thru service, and the customer service was outstanding. Amanda provided excellent assistance—she was professional and a great listener. We discussed the wings on the menu, and she recommended the garlic parmesan flavor. After our conversation, I decided to try them and I’m really glad I did. Customer service is very important to me, so I will definitely return to this location. Amanda is definitely management material! Thank you for the fantastic service—I truly appreciate it!
The sign on the door states that the lobby is closed and that all orders must be placed at the pick-up window. I'm curious about the reason for this policy. It can't be due to social distancing since there were only six people inside, and just one of them was wearing a mask while dancing near the counter. I also observed someone with braces, and there were three drinks sitting unattended on the counter. One employee was lounging in the lobby on their phone and didn't even acknowledge me when I walked up to the door. What is going on here?
I visited on a rainy Friday afternoon and inquired about a Hawaiian pizza. Although they mentioned it wasn't ready, they kindly offered to make a fresh one, so I decided to wait and also ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. They prepared all three pizzas quickly, and they were fantastic—hot and fresh. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service, especially since it was Veterans Day (though I didn't mention that I'm a veteran). The managers, Wanda Fowler and Jerry, truly exemplify great service skills.

It can’t be because of COVID, as I saw six people inside—only one wearing a mask while dancing in front of the counter. Among the others, one had a head covering, and I spotted three drinks on the counter. An employee was sitting in the lobby on her phone, and no one even acknowledged me when I stood at the door. It makes me question what's really happening here.

Pizza is good. Can't order online bevause the app won't let you. They don't answer the phone or didn't when we called. We told them about the app, they shrugged. After a 25 minute wait, our order sat for a while when we were standing there waiting. The pizza was good. If you want Customer service this isn't a good place. But again the pizza is good.
My experience was only average. I appreciate that they actually answered the phone, since I've found that many Little Caesars locations tend to ignore calls and push customers to order online. Unfortunately, not everyone has that capability. Ultimately, you're still a pizza place—so please, just pick up the phone!
My pizza last night had the right topping – old-world pepperoni – but it was distributed very unevenly and didn't resemble the picture on the website at all. On the positive side, my pizza was ready promptly, and the staff was friendly.

Stopped here twice on a family trip. They were out of Hot N Ready pizzas but had fresh ones made in less then 15 minutes. Tasted great! The employees were very friendly. Highly recommend stop for ur meal!
