This Litte Caesars needs a new owner. It belongs to an absent Franchisee who does not care about customer service. They tried to get in order an hour before closing and they wouldn't answer the phone. Try to submit an order online and they had stopped accepting orders for the night. So I went to the restaurant 45 minutes before closing. Hot n Ready Guarantee is a joke. They only had a pizza not a kind, but a single pizza ready and were no longer cooked, so I hesitated to accept a simple $5.99 pepperoni pizza. Little Caesars in West Point is a gentleman in Starkville and so much better. You should let him buy the Starkville site so it is managed as it should be.

Usually never have a problem with this place, today I ordered a pizza and filled crazy bread at 6:20 and it was not ready to 7:15. In addition, I come home to see that the dough of crazy bread does not cook completely! How seriously could you make someone sick by not cooking things properly. I will not even disturb, go back and get a refund because when I was there, the checkout was placed over the counter on her phone, so obviously I would take care of people who do not.

We like their products, but we lately have had bad experiences. We buy online a pizza, bread sticks and wings. The wings were missing and there was not bread sticks sauce. In other occasion the wings were missing as well, and the carrier promise to bring them back. We are still waiting.

I ordered an EMB peteroni supplement bacon, but Hey at home and no bacon. I'm angry because I paid for the bacon and now I'm disappointed in Little Caesar.
