I don't want you to torture yourself. yesterday evening and was very pleased with a great experience. I was surprised. my wife and I ordered wildbarramundi from the menu. the two orders came with a really small serving in the center of a large, deeply discarded teller for $37 everyone. there was no pleasure of something else, only the conservation of fish. if they wanted chips or kartoffelmash, it was an extra $10 extra per item per person. a plate of vegetables was an additional $12 per person per portion. I had two bones and my wife and I shared a bottle of white wine we bought from home. when we got our bill, I almost fell off the chair. besides corkage of $4.50 per person, our bill total...
Had a really enjoyable date night there, Robert was our waiter who was not only very attentive but very friendly and provided far beyond expected service, made us feel very welcome. We got the seafood platter, served over several courses and it was very enjoyable, great mix and well matched for each course leaving us very happy with our choice, serving sizes were great too, had just enough room left to share a desert which was also very delicious. Very pleasant experience dining at lively catch. Staff very attentive and courteous. Food was faultless. Hubby and I had a the 2 ourse seafood platter and enjoyed immensly. Highly recommend
Nice local homely restaurant. Service was exceptional, menu had some variety but needed more seafood options. Prices were above average. Lots of parking, Street and council carparks.
