The lobster wasn't good at the Lobster House. Wasn't fresh and didn't taste right. Salad was nasty. New England clam chowder had no taste. Fish and chips weren't good greasy and tasteless. My baked potato was ok. Won't be back and do not recommend. Too expensive for what we got. Waitress ok very prompt when picking up check. Red Lobster tastes better. My glass of wine tasted like vinegar. The valet was nice! We left and are now thinking about where we should go to eat!! Figured it would be more upscale (and not so noisy) based on prices. We figured wrong.
Went to an early dinner/late lunch and was seated right away. The waitress brought over a salad, garlic bread, olives, and this blueberry cake all which were delicious and complimentary. Food came out quick and hot. Waitress was super kind and quick to answer any questions we had about the food/menu. I would recommend getting the lobster roll. The rest of the menu looked good and tad pricey but the lobster roll and fries was decently priced at $34.95 and the roll was filled with lobster meat.
I've been coming here for years. The food is amazing! The service is second to none!! This place is where a must! From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile from everyone the fresh smells from the kitchen! Fully stocked bar! When I used to drink my favorites were a strawberry mudslide and/ or apple martini. Victor always had one at the ready for me- thank you Compadre! I had a wonderful time this weekend with my Comadre and goddaughter Teddy.
Antonio, our server, was amazing. He was very quick with serving our meals, very kind and attentive. The other servers were also as attentive and kind as he was. The food was a bit expensive $25 $45) but delicious. They serve garlic bread and salad as appetizers. The restaurant wasn't full at the time we were there, although, I've heard that it can get extremely packed some days. Overall, great time, great food, and great service.

I have been to City Island all my life, and I have never been at this location. Once you cross the bridge, you make a left. They were we welcoming and have valet parking. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Their menu have a wide selection of things to choose from. Not crowded at all, and you can select to eat indoors or outdoors. We will definitely return.
Surprised the gave apps right away like salad, garlic bread and chowder. We split a lobster special which was more than enough for 2 people. Enjoyed that they gave us bibs. Giant portions so come hungry or ready to share. Service was quick.
we ordered steak ，crab cake and lobster. the maryland crabcake is pretty good. the steak is okay. The lobster is not fresh at all， all lobster meat is melt，kinda like its dead for long time. will not come for lobster anymore.
Enjoyed the food immensely, service was great. No long waiting time. Went at 3pm on this past Sunday. Haven’t been there in a while. Loved the experience.
