This was the single-handedly worst customer experience I’ve had at a restaurant. My family and I initially went in asking for a table for an overall group of 8. After being told it was highly unlikely we would get a table, we politely left. The other part of our party decided to go and ask, and to our shock they immediately were given a spot to sit. After joining up, we collectively chose to ask about the overall situation, and we were met with no apologies. The brie and shroom burger tasted good, but it was so greasy that it fell apart the moment I took a bite.It's not a super memorable place so I wouldn't be inclined to come back again unless the surrounding restaurants had a giant wait list.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger option on the menu.Parking: You have the option of circling around seaport to find free parking after 8 pm on a Friday night or just pay $25-38 for garage parking.

This burger was incredibly delicious! While many places offer beyond meat burgers, this one was truly exceptional, enhanced by the sauce and served on a potato bun. I simply didn't want it to end. Normally, I might consider a burger like this to be overpriced, but I was so satisfied that it didn't bother me at all. Plus, the portion of fries that came with it was fantastic!
Good atmosphere, professional staff, cozy interior, burgers are small for what you pay and nothing to write home about.They charge for sauces which for some reason bothers me more than it probably should. Either way if you're in the Seaport and want a burger at a sit-down place this isn't the worst option.
If you're craving a juicy burger, you won't be disappointed with this restaurant! The burgers are fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The atmosphere is laid-back and perfect for a casual meal with friends. Highly recommend!
I ordered my burger medium rare, but it came out well done. It was also overly salty, and I typically enjoy salted food. The signature Lola Burger lacked flavor and texture complexity, making it quite uninteresting. On a positive note, the fries were good.

Ordered fried pickles and the build-your-own burger with truffle fries. Burger was delicious, fries and pickles were okay. They both needed more seasoning or salt. They give you a lot of fries! Waitstaff was friendly and the restaurant was nice.
Food was meh. Service was slow. The wait staff was lovely and friendly but clearly the kitchen was struggling because some of the food arrived cold. It felt like an overpriced Shake Shack but the food wasn’t as good :
