I’ve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to one of the staff members who often comes across as rude. There have been several instances when my husband and I arrived before closing time, only to be ignored in the drive-thru line. On one occasion, he watched a woman on her phone glance at him but completely disregard him when he tried to place his order. The customer service here is terrible, and it seems they don't adhere to their posted business hours. Management should be embarrassed for allowing this to happen, as it clearly drives customers away.
I read some reviews and was nervous to come here because this long John silver’s is one of my favorite fast food spots and it is getting some negative hits. I’ve been there twice a week for a month and every time I got my order, the customer service was A+ and my food has been perfect every time. They’re trying to get back to the top but it’s apart of the process and everyone will have their good or bad opinion but just keep moving forward L.J.S.!
I waited at the drive-thru window for five minutes without anyone coming to assist me. The dining room was closed due to what they claimed were “staff issues.” It’s unfortunate that this restaurant chain is difficult to come by, but until management hires better staff, I don’t see things improving. It would be great if people could return to work, stop relying on stimulus checks, and move past blaming COVID for the lack of quality in employees.
Just went though drive thru at Long John Silvler. We got the Shrimp platter and the 5. Once home 6 miles) we had hair in the shrimp and the sweet tea we had was off the chart sweet and nasty. Tried to call them and the phone rang for 3 minutes no one answered. Tried again 4 mintues no answer. I hate to waste my gas to go ALL the back just to get a refund. My son vomited the fish up cause of the shrimp.

I had some reservations about visiting this Long John Silver's after reading a few negative reviews, as it's one of my favorite fast food places. However, I went there twice a week for a month, and every single time, my order was spot on, and the customer service was excellent. It's clear that they are working hard to improve, and while opinions may vary, I will continue to support L.J.S.!
This place really needs a remodel. They barely open the inside, so I often have to use the drive-thru. I've stopped going here because it feels outdated. The food is good, and the employees are great, but I used to feel a certain way when I visited. Overall, it could really benefit from an upgrade.
Food was just ok! Had the fish tacos wasn't impressed, Inside the restaurant was well let's out dated and just a bit sticky from years of grease. Sidewalks going to and out of the restaurant were black from the dirt sticking to all the grease build up.. I won't be going back there anytime soon
It was the worst long john silver's in the history of long johns it was pure garage a 15 dollar worth of greasy garbage it got ripped of ??
