However, that turned into one of the worst interactions with any retail staff ever. I was, firstly, waiting for 10 minutes as the one (1) guy ahead of me had his order completely botched. TWICE. That should have been my sign to leave, but my hunger was strong. When I went to order, to nobody's surprise, the order was wrong. I tried to be as polite as possible and highlight the missing ingredients. I got scoffed at and told that it was correctly made. It took dissecting the whole meal to prove that, and they begrudgingly remade it. This time they just made it...
Sadly, the customer service here is lagging. There is a focus on the drive thru and the site there is good, but the quality of the preparation and accuracy of the order were both subpar. When prepared correctly the food is good for what it is but sadly my order was not correct, was missing items, and was delayed. If you want long John silvers you're going to have to go when there's an actual store manager otherwise the staff never wants to make the fish so they claim they're out of batter almost every night shift. But when you do actually get LJS it's awesome reminds me of growing up out west as a kid Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
My son wanted to go to Taco Bell to get some tacos. If you have children who don't like the same things, Long John Silver's is a good alternative to order from. They have a great staff, the place is very clean, and the tables are washed regularly. It's a family-friendly establishment and my son's favorite place to eat out.

I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with a Baja blast drink. The person who prepared it added just the right amount of taco meat and sour cream. This was the best crunch wrap I've ever had at this restaurant location.
Workers always say long johns is closed or something needs to be cleaned. Always an excuse, don’t waste your time coming here because they don’t want to cook/fry anything.
