We went out for our birthday. My first time going to this particular longhorn steakhouse and this will be my last time. Due to the fact that my order was not the way I requested nor was my mother's. We both order steaks well done she had a 6 oz steak with a loaded baked potato and macaroni and cheese and I had a 8oz steak with steamed broccoli and macaroni and cheese. My cousin also had a 6 oz steak and he order medium well done with a salad and baked potato. Everything looked delicious but it wasn't. My mother steak and my steak was not prepared the way we requested they was to red in the inside. The macaroni and cheese was horrible it was too dry and not seasoned enough even with me adding...
We ordered five entrees, two appetizers, soups, and salads. Unfortunately, our server was largely absent until our food arrived, and even then we had to ask for our side salads and soup. The temperature of the signature 22 oz Longhorn Porterhouse was off; I ordered it medium rare, but it came out rare. Thankfully, it was still edible. The full slab of baby back ribs and well-prepared chicken wings were the highlights of the meal, which is why I’m giving this a two-star review instead of a three.
As for dessert, the Chocolate Stampede was rich and definitely meant for sharing. Although our family has enjoyed visits to other LongHorn Steakhouses in the past, we won’t be returning to this part...
Unfortunately I didn't take many photos like I always do. Now, with that being said, everything was great food beer, margaritas, and ribs. 3 older kids had burgers that couldn't fit into their mouths. When we first arrived, this other server didn't want 6 kids and two adults in her section, which we overheard. The young lady that had served us was absolutely the best, from running to the cook and Manger to ask questions because of a special diet our little daughter has to have so on the tip we left her$40 dollars but than I remembered they may have to split tip if on card so she ended up getting$80 more in cash just for her.
It was my first time at this location and I was seated immediately. I noticed a lady well groomed with a smile, walking each table asking how was everything. I later found out it was the manager. That was pleasing to see....Anita personality was very welcoming. We had issues with our order, however Veronica the manager rectified it immediately. The food was amazing, this is so far my best location and I plan to return and I know if Veronica is on the clock everything will go as it should. Great leadership,

We arrived right after the restaurant opened and had to wait 50 minutes for a table. After we were seated, it took another hour for our food to arrive. It was graduation day, and there were two large groups ahead of us from the same school, which contributed to the long wait. We were informed that there was only one cook in the kitchen that day. However, once the food finally came, it was hot and tasted great. I didn't take any pictures because I just wanted to get home!
The restaurant offers a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. The staff was friendly, courteous, and maintained a professional demeanor. The food was excellent, both in flavor and presentation.
