This is very hard to rate. Our food was excellent our BARTENDER was outstanding those services I can rate 5 stars !! My family has been eating here for 19+ years, my parents live less than a mile away**HOWEVER, there was a misunderstanding with us taking Togo margaritas and it could have been handled in a professional manner BUT WAS NOT. There was a red headed supervisor with a wrinkled un-tucked shirt that was raising her voice at the employees AND at us. good eating and beautiful environment at the river. came here for a family closure after party dinner for my little cousin and service was okay. very hard work friendly Asian bussers. the larger hispanic man who served our table was very confused and a bit rude. an order was forgotten and finally came out when everyone was eaten. I will say we had a part of about 20, but still very clumsy. we insisted that we have separated our controls, and he insisted that we end the split. that lasted almost 30 minutes after sorting out. there were numerous random additional fees and unpaid added items. the manager eventually helped sort it and took care of the most cost. I ordered the beef Fajitas for one with the “a la Diablo” I must say that this is my biggest appeal to this restaurant hand-down is the ability to pick up their own sauce. my wife got the meat fajita chimichanga and loved it. it was big and full. total value for her money. the food was good and the service. I recommend this restaurant only for the possibility to choose their own sauce.
I had the parrillada combo with shrimp, ribs, chicken, and fajitas. It also came with beans, avocado, rice, and pico salad. The portion was almost too large, but everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful. I visited two years ago and was just as pleased this time. We sat by the riverside, which made the experience even better.

Los Cucos is consistently excellent, especially this location. The staff is great and attentive, regularly checking on our dishes and refilling drinks. We also ordered takeout while dining in, and it was ready right when we finished. The restaurant has a beautiful setting as well.
The place had a nasty, musky smell upon entering. Bathrooms were dirty. Overall restaurant was very dirty. Used to be a great place to eat. I don't know what happened. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

All the staff was extremely friendly and the food was absolutely delicious.. I highly recommend this place especially for special events.
Ordered nachos and got quesadilla instead. Would have ordered that if that's what I wanted.
