So first off the atmosphere when you walk in is decent but the you talk to the lady at the counter ....and she's not very friendly (you never know who's gonna walk in through your doors at a restaurant, so maybe be nice? . She immediately gives attitude and i have no idea why maybe because she only wants Spanish speaking customers? Maybe she's having a bad day? Whatever it was off putting i almost just walked out without ordering. However i also wanted to give the food a try and so me and my little sister ordered their bean and cheese pupusas and some drinks. We sat down and waited and the restaurant itself is nice and plain with photos on the walls. The menu was extensive and looked pretty...
I'm here twice now because I've been having a dissatisfied hook for Pupusas lately. The Pupusas here are phenomenal. The curtido is also very good. And the sauce, I'm not sure if the name, but the sauce, which is always served with Pupusas, is exceptional here. The service is friendly that the waiter very respectfully tolerates my Unterpar-Spanish (i.e. they do not laugh at me, at least not in my face. I'm learning! I feel like in El Salvador when I sit in this restaurant. Very authentic. Hopefully, my evaluation does not lead to gentrification. I recommend it. And on Friday Pupusa is only $1,99!

And the sauce, I'm not sure the name, but the sauce that's always served with pupusas, it'sexceptional here. Drove into this place completely by accident. Out of town for funeral and looking for a good breakfast joint. Found this little hole in the wall and took a chance. The food was delicious and soooo tasty, waitress was so friendly and wonderful. Prices wereworth the meal. Looking forward for the next time in Los Angeles this will be a for sure place to visit for any time breakfastlunch or dinner.
