I have to give this restaurant a negative one star rating. It had the worst service I have ever experienced. We arrived at 8:30, understanding that the restaurant closes at 9 pm. However, the manager was incredibly rude and did not give us even 5 minutes to look at the menu. When we asked for a moment, she insisted that we order immediately or leave. When we declined, she sarcastically told us goodbye. If the manager behaves like this, I can only imagine how the employees act. If you enjoy being rushed and pressured to eat quickly, this is the place for you. I will not return and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Second visit (the very next day because I enjoyed it so much): I ordered the pad thai, mango cake, and tiramisu. The mango cake lacked mango flavor but was still delicious. I absolutely loved it. The staff recommended it, and my dad enjoyed the tiramisu. The pad thai was excellent, and the addition of vegan shrimp, which tasted like fish balls, was a pleasant surprise. I have to be honest, I'm not a vegan. However, I recently started a vegetarian diet and decided to give this restaurant a try. I was incredibly impressed! My taste buds were delighted by the delicious flavors. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the amazing food. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was quite fast, even though the restaurant was busy. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!
I absolutely love Loving Hut, it is one of my top choices for vegan restaurants. Each location offers unique dishes, and this particular one had a bright and casual atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient. I tried the 3 cup tofu and another saucy dish, both of which were delicious. I ordered green beans and eggplant for takeout. The order was prepared promptly and the service was quick and polite. However, I was disappointed to find that the dish was unexpectedly sweet, despite the good quality of the vegetables. I may return to try something different, but my first experience was disappointing.
I have traveled to Loving Huts all over world. This one has one of the best atmosphere and customer service I've seen. And the food...oh my gosh...needless to say I cannot wait to go back. Parking: It's in a strip small so parking is tight and shared. But it's worth it.
