This hidden gem is so popular that they DONT TAKE BOOKINGS. How rare is that. Its first in best dressed. Pick your own table and late arrivals que at the door. The staff are polite and friendly and they do lots of takeaway pizza etc. Open from 5.30pm we have been here a few times and the menu suites most tastes. Closed Sunday and Monday this business is such good value they obviously have a very loyal customer base and welcome new ones.
We recently had a fantastic dinner at Lucafe in Tuart Hill. The Osso Bucco was cooked perfectly, with tender meat that melted off the bone and delicious marrow in a heavenly sauce. For dessert, we tried the Choc mint cheesecake with layers of decadent chocolate pieces. The service was impeccable, with friendly and efficient staff providing some of the best customer service we've seen in a long time. Keep up the great work, Lucafe!
Probably the best kept secret in all of Perth, I feel like I'm cheating on my wife letting the secret out but I have to speak, If you want brilliant Italian food in totally pleasant surroundings by staff who really love you being there, then this place rocks. No bookings you just have to turn up & hope for the best but 99 times out of a 100 you'll get a table, large serves beautiful wines, insane deserts, my favourite local.
Always have a fantastic meal. The staff are friendly and efficient. You dont have to wait around for ages for someone to bring you a glass of wine or take your order. The food is always fresh and delicious. Just dont ask for anchovies on your meat pizza! You are welcomed the minute you walk though the door and given a big "thanks for coming" when you leave. This Italian style cafe is still VERY popular. We had a great meal again on a Friday night. You still cant book but the Pizzas were flying out the door with families eating in, couples and friends. Its still a well kept secret so be there early, I suggest 6pm as they still wont let you book
Excellent authentic Italian food hidden in a residential area. We've been going to this place for years and has never let us down. Consistently good food and service with a smile. Can't fault!
Yum! I recently returned to the area and couldn't wait to dine here again. I was not let down at all! The portions are big and the flavors are amazing. Just like I remembered!
