Went to the store to order a piece for a celebration and customer service was appalling. Felt rejected when they said they would ring us, and we had to ring them first. When getting the product, the item was protected with a cardboard box, which didn't have much stability due to leakage of honey. Do they know what a cake box is???? When removing from the box, I was fluttered with honey on my hand and lets not talk about the presentation disgraceful. Let just say that they chucked a few lukoumades on a foam structure and left it at that rushed and no professionalism. Was promised 80 90 lukoumades and received 70 only didn't trust them and had to count them all. Now let's talk about the taste....
If you’re a dead set fan of eating metal wing nuts in your donuts this is the place for you. Have to say when we called the lady working she was apologetic but didn’t have the ability to offer a refund at minimum , but when we followed up in the following days they couldn’t have given a stuff. Surely when your dropping sharp metal objects off your cooking gear a reply would be the minimum of respect given Service: Delivery
What a disappointment! We ordered some takeaway honey and cinnamon donuts and they were burnt and inedible. Unfortunately we didn’t realise until we got home. Last time we ate here it was great. I’m not much of a dessert eater but after trying these lukoumades I was absolutely blown away with how good it tastes. An experience in dessert I have never had. There was only one employee working, but they handled it like a trooper. Our donuts didn't all come out at once, but they were hot and delicious.
The pyramid lukoumades was too doughy, presentation was not all there and not worth what I paid for. Disappointed! Food: 1 Service: 1
