OK. So the food is good, but they're chincy with everything but the pancakes, which are humongous (fluffy and dee-dam-licious). However, I essentially paid $11+ for 3 strips of the best bacon to every rich my lips, 8oz of grits with about 4 strings of shredded cheese, and what looked like 1 egg with a whole bag of shredded cheese. ? I guess I could mix the eggs and grits together... oh and about 2 tablespoons of corned beef hash. Uh. I'll try again one day for lunch and give an update.
This cozy, traditional neighborhood diner has a warm atmosphere and friendly, older clientele. The food is your typical greasy spoon fare, but it's quite enjoyable. The coffee is decent, as is expected from a place like this.
Update: I tried this place for the second time and was not pleased. The pancakes were hard and the cream of the chicken dish tasted like it had gone bad. I threw my meal in the garbage. Disappointing experience today.

this is a true blue hometown dinner with this small town feeling where they are always greeted with a smile, a great service and delicious eating!
