I will talk about food first. I ordered noodle with no meat. The noodle soup taste was clean and texture was comfortable. It could be nice if there was no fly in a bowl. The worker worked on 9/22/22 Thursday told me the fly is not from the noodle butfrom the building. So his claim is that it is okay if the fly is from the building? We were visiting the area and looking for some authentic dumplings. This was a great spot! The surrounding area and interior are simple, nothing too special, but the service and quality were great. They had no contact ordering that was super simple touse. Within moments of ordering, I already had a ice cold soda in front of me. The table was well prepared with everything youneed. Everything felt super clean, not sticky or crusty like many places. It felt super fresh in there, no heavy stale foodsmells or anything. The pork was super tender as well! Definitely recommend
On a positive note, they surprised us with four complimentary little pig buns, which were delightful. I’ve also visited the restaurant in person a couple of times, and unfortunately, the customer service has been subpar—rude and unfriendly staff. However, it's impressive to see them preparing food right behind the counter. So, in summary, the only standout feature of this place is the food.
Absolutely adore this hidden gem. They were even featured on the Michelin list in 2021. My husband and I always order the Angus beef noodle soup and the tendon noodle soup, then swap toppings so we can enjoy both. This place is my ultimate go-to for noodle soups. We also love the ear mushrooms—slightly spicy, very tangy, with the perfect mushroom texture. Food: 5/5

This is a brand new restaurant and I absolutely loved it! The soup dumplings are my favorite, and they also serve delicious custard dumplings for dessert. Troy offers exceptional customer service! I would give the atmosphere four stars, though; it was quite loud inside due to some equipment or speakers. Overall, the food is a solid 5 out of 5!
My first time going to a Dumpling place, they were delicious and super tasty .. My family and I enjoy it and we were greatly pleased. It?s located in a shopping place with a lot of parking spots. Simple and small place but Dumplings are so good .. Theyalso have a Michelin 2021 mention ????

This is an authentic dumpling restaurant. Absolutely amazing and fresh made dumplings. They have a Michelin star and it is obvious why they have it. Very simple surrounding s and not fancy, but the food is excellent.
