malaysia house was always up and down, but last time it's just one way, and that's off. about a month ago, with only 4 customers in total and no takeaway event we did not give our order and leave after 15mins. the other couple also went twice to the counter to demand water and then sauce. but we thought we'd let it go again for weeks. at least we were served, but the meals are nowhere as beautiful as they were before. even if we try to tell them that their card machine does not work properly, every time they go to meet the 0 button, it does not set 00 0) to hear, simply do not ignore customers and talk about the top of them. but they do not have to be many other good restaurants that are rea...
Walked in and looked at menu, quick guess $15-17.00 for seafood Tom yum and pot of green tea, not great but in a hurry. Meal was OK ish but only had 3 prawns some pieces of squig and the rest was fish balls and tofu, fair enough. On exiting to pay I was asked to pay $30.80 for the 2 items when I enquired why the reason was given that dined in, So roughly double the price to eat in what was politely described as yeah we 'll just leave it there . Now I know why I never see many people there.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dumplings and curry puffs were rubbery and seemed to have been microwaved. The Nasi Goreng was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and tasting unpleasant. The combination stir fry was overcooked and the meat was dry. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I had recently stopped going here as the food had changed and prices had gone up. No idea what has happened but everything is back to normal again. Food was exceptional and pricing was very reasonable. Definately back on my preferred dining out list.

The Honey Pepper Steak Fillet dish at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth! I highly recommend trying it as the steak is marinated overnight, which you can definitely taste in every bite.
The food is sanitised asian. They are not cheap but the food has been sanitised too much. My hainan chicken was boiled,not poached. The seafood veggies was tasteless. Can do better.
This time, I believe they have completely lost their way. The food has always been inconsistent, but now it has gotten even worse. The staff is rude and the food is mediocre.
FANTASTIC!!! Much better than Malaysia house in Rockhampton in qty, taste and presentation , also free BYO.The best in Central QLD.
